Rewind To Cassettes.
Not all of us were born into the world of digital music… Some people (like me) found themselves here after spending a good few years in the realms of analogue!
If you have a computer then you will probably also have a lot of your music in MP3 format; but what about all of those old cassettes that you have stashed away in your attic? They may even have a lot of stuff recorded on them that you just can’t get anymore; rare B sides, demos or remixes. What a shame it is they are never listened to anymore…
Well, here is something that may just change that. With this gadget on the ‘I Want One of Those’ website you can convert all of your analogue tunes to digital!
You might have come across some similar gadgets before, but this one is really small. In fact, it looks very similar to an old Sony Walkman and it can be stored on a shelf out of the way. A lot of the other devices for converting are about two or three times the size of this.
If you buy yourself one of these then you can get all of your music put together. The thing is that cassettes will often end up getting damaged, damp or lost. And if that happens, your tunes will be gone forever!
Since no-one wants their old cassette tapes anymore, you could be onto something… If you buy a ‘Tape Express’ then you can pick up loads of really good music for next to nothing! How many second hand shops are there out there with stacks and stacks of cassettes for sale?
Quick thing, I have just looked at the design for this human resource software page and I have to say that it is actually really nice. I always find it really disappointing when a company sells software and they have a crap webpage, and I just felt I need to point out how nice this one is!
